Individual Coaching 🌙
One-on-one sessions for those seeking clarity, meaning, and deeper alignment. Together, we explore life transitions, relationships, identity, spirituality, and the questions beneath the surface.
$150 per session
Relational Sessions 🕯️
Sessions with a romantic partner or family member (parent, child, sibling, etc). A supportive space to deepen understanding, navigate patterns, and cultivate more conscious connection.
$222 per session
Premarital Coaching 💍✨
Intentional conversations before marriage, focused on values, communication, spirituality, family dynamics, and the life you’re choosing to build together.
$333 per session

Insurance and Rates
Barghamadi Starlight is considered Coaching and is not eligible for any type of Insurance/HSA.
Disclaimer:
Prior to January 2026, this was a therapy practice, but from January 2026 forward, I have shifted towards a Coaching Practice {Soulful Living Guidance}.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens and I try to work with every client individually as situations come up.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at a private pay flat rate of $80
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
A Note on Letter Writing
To stay aligned with the scope and best support the work we do together, I do not provide letters for any purpose — including but not limited to those related to court, disability, emotional support animals (ESAs), academic accommodations, or affirming medical care.
If you’re looking for documentation or evaluation for one of these areas, I recommend connecting with a provider who specializes in that type of assessment.
