🌕'Soulful': A devotion to your inner cosmos—to listening for what stirs beneath the noise. The heart as a source of wisdom; an innate compass. Rumi says, "there is a voice that doesn't use words, Listen."
🕯️'Living':A verb; an intentional choosing, no matter what. Living is the courageous act of participation—even when the path is uncertain.
🌠'Guide': One who holds the lantern, not the map.
I guide you back to yourself—your clarity, your wisdom, your starlight—I won't give you "answers," I will ask you questions.
This work is rooted in my education and experiences—but guided by intuition, lived wisdom, spirituality, cultural knowledge and ritual, philosophy, mysticism, cosmology, inner light and a deep respect for the human experience.
After spending four years as a Mental Health Therapist (1000+ hours conducting therapy sessions), I wanted to forge my own path, one that resonated with my Heart, Spirit, and Soul. In my own healing, I noticed that healing didn't "click" without the Soul element. That is what I am offering here.
Here, at Starlight, I meet you as a human first; and focus on your heart and soul.

Here, we make space to understand where you are, honor where you’ve been, and discern how you want to move ahead. Rather than avoiding what feels uncertain, we approach it with curiosity—knowing that self-understanding softens the fear of the unknown, and that what we resist often prolongs the very thing we’re trying to escape.
This is a slow, thoughtful practice shaped by cyclical rhythms rather than the relentless pace of modern life. Growth unfolds in spirals, not straight lines—through reflection, discipline, wonder, and warmth. By loosening fear and control and choosing hope as a posture, you’re invited to step toward the life that waits on the other side of fear, guided by your inner compass and the quiet illumination of Starlight.
This work is reflective, exploratory, and future-oriented. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions.
Former therapy clients may request records by emailing tara@tarabarghamadi.com. Records will be retained in accordance with state law, for 7 years. Please provide 10 days for me to fulfill this request.
