Courage is not the Absence of Fear. Courage is the Willingness to Show up Despite the Fear.
This work is enriched by my education and experiences—but guided by intuition, lived wisdom, spirituality, cultural knowledge and ritual, philosophy, mysticism, cosmology, inner light and a deep respect for the human experience.
After spending four years as a Mental Health Therapist (1000+ hours conducting therapy sessions), I wanted to forge my own path, one that resonated with my Heart, Spirit, and Soul. In my own healing, I noticed that healing didn't "click" without the Soul element. Perhaps I could understand WHY, I was feeling or acting a certain way. I could understand patterns well, but i did not feel at Peace. "The Soul is made of Peace". That is what I am offering here.
Here, at Starlight, I meet you as a human first; and focus on your heart and soul.

The Guest House
